Challenge 2 is unreachable

I see that there is already a link to where challenge 2 should be, but the webpage would not load. Trying to load the page returns a 404 not found server error. Challenge 1 works fine for me. Am I the only one with this problem, or has the challenge simply not been made available yet?

I had the same problem for quite a while. It seems that there is a technical problem. Yesterday the organisers mentioned that this might be caused by too many people accessing the database at the same time.

The pdf version might work better:

(If this problem remains, posting the links to the pdf files on the main page or in the first post of the forum might be a workaround?)
